Film Review: Raymond Red's Kamera Obskura

RAYMOND RED'S KAMERA OBSKURA

The film Kamera Obskura was a Director's showcase by Ramond Red.  It talks about the discovery of an obscure lost film that has a several issues and events happening in reality. The title "Kamera Obskura" which means "dark room". This starts when a prisoner was locked in a dark room and was able to see a small hole on the wall that actually see what's happening outside the room which connotes the reality. He confused about what is reflected on the wall, so he was able to go out and see what's happening in the world. Corruption and betrayal are shown in the movie that is being represented as the levels of the floor of the building through different levels of social classes. 

This film is the first silent film I've ever watched and seems that it is a very good one. Raymond Red has a wide understanding about the media, arts and photography. By this, he was able to make a very incredible film "Kamera Obskura". The film has a great actors and actresses that portrays a very good role on each part of the story. It is good to have the idea of futuristic world that represents the vintage camera. This film may open our minds and made us realize the works of the people who has the privilege to lead or rule over the world that may happen in this generation.
